We started to contact with each other since 2011. At that time, they were intended to buy machine to produce tulip cup and they
thought it was good when saw our semi-automatic tulip cup machine, but they wanted an automatic one.
Until 2013, we have developed automatic tulip cup machine, so we contact with them again. During the process of negotiation,
they asked some rare questions:

After everything was confirmed, the order was still not released, so I asked him what the reason is.
He said he can not found any information about our company from Alibaba, but he was confused that we were getting
offers from the market all the time. Then I send our website to him and told him how we get offer from website.
2.
He required me to make a video chat at the field of our factory, in order to verify whether we are a real factory,
so I made a video as a factory visit to him by Skype.

Then he said he does not willing to pay any deposit, because they were worrying about us not to ship the machine
because the distance between us was very far, he’d like to pay us in one time after the machine finished.
Then I explained to him, we could not arrange the production without receive deposit because the size of machine
and mold is customized for individual customer.
4.
According to his attitude to Chinese factory, I guess it was impossible that he has been cheated when he purchased
machine in China, the factory may not send the machine after the payment was arranged. In fact it was.
Therefore, after I solved all the issues for him patiently, we start the cooperation eventually.
